The Lampedephoria is a sequence of 243 pieces for solo piano ( sometimes more than one piano) & - later in the sequence - a string quintet (2vlns, vla, cel and db). When it is finished, the intent is that the entirety of the sequence act as a non-verbal divinativitory nexus, from which the participant may draw meteorontological solace.
